Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 01/04/2026

Our commitment

Total Spine Health is committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and to taking reasonable steps to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and supply chains.

We recognise that modern slavery can take a number of forms, including slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking. We do not tolerate modern slavery in any part of our business or in the organisations we work with where this can reasonably be addressed.

Our approach

We aim to work responsibly and to maintain professional standards across the services and suppliers connected with the business.

Where appropriate, we seek to work with reputable suppliers, service providers and professional partners who are expected to operate lawfully, ethically and in accordance with applicable standards.

Supply chains and services

As a healthcare-focused business, our supply chain may include professional services, administrative support, technology and software providers, communications services, facilities-related services, and other operational suppliers.

While the nature and scale of these relationships may vary, we expect organisations we work with to uphold lawful and ethical working practices.

Risk awareness

We understand the importance of remaining alert to the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, even where those risks may appear limited.

Where concerns are identified, they will be taken seriously and considered appropriately.

Reporting concerns

Any concerns relating to possible modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical working practices connected with Total Spine Health should be raised promptly so that they can be considered and addressed where appropriate.
